Chris Brown's Early Life

Christopher Maurice Brown, born on May 5, 1989 in Tappahannock, Virginia, was the youngest son of Joyce Hawkins and Clinton Brown. From a young age, music has already been introduced to him since he was involved in his Church choir. He taught himself how to sing and dance and made Michael Jackson as his inspiration in pursuing his talent.

Chris Brown's album ranked number two on Billboard with first week sales at an estimated of 155,000 copies on first release. With the success of the album, it sells over two million copies in the U.S and three million copies in the entire world.

Brown has also starred many roles in an American TV series The OC, has been a video host for St. Jude Children's Hospital for a Math-A-Thon Program and appeared on a family drama named This Christmas. He started to release his first album in 2005 and as of July 9, 2020, it was announced that he already has the name of his tenth album Breezy.

Brown stated that there are a lot of artists that gave him an inspiration but Michael Jackson has always been the main reason for his music. He became known as a smooth voice in music style. Brown dated Rihanna from year 2007 to 2009 until they had an argument which turns into physical violence and assault, leaving Rihanna with bruises on her face. When Brown was arrested, several commercial ads and some TV shows of Brown were suspended. in 2013, Brown has been sent to Rehab.  In the same year, Brown and Rihanna confirmed that their relationship had resumed and stated that "It's different now". However, they parted ways again on the same year. Brown has a daughter with Nia Guzman in 2015 named Royalty. On 2019, he welcomed his son named Aeko Catori Brown with Ammika Harris.
