Early Life
Reynolds was born in Vancouver, British Columbia. He went to Kitslano Secondary School and attended Kwantlen Polytechnic University. He later dropped out of college.
Reynolds debuted his career as Billy Simpson in the Canadian soap opera Hillside in 1991. It was distributed by Nickelodeon in the US as Fifteen.
